All our Bacon is home-cured on the farm for that great bacon taste - like what it should be.

Beef
Our Beef is hung for 3-4 weeks on the farm to provide the very best in taste and texture and very tender because of the hanging process.

Cheese
We are in the heart of Stilton Country, and also offer other fabulous local varieties, as well as farmhouse cheeses from around Britain, Ireland and France. If you wish us to obtain a particular cheese, please ask. We pride ourselves on our ability to select cheese which should be perfect for any special occasion.
