Fallow Bucks                August 1st        -        April 30th
Grouse                        August 12th       -        December 10th
Duck and Goose           September 1st     -        January 31st
Partridge                      September 1st     -        February 1st
Pheasant                       October 1st        -        February 1st
Woodcock                    October 1st        -       January 31st
Red Deer Hinds             November 1st     -       March 31st
Fallow Does                  November 1st     -       March 31st

Outside of the appropriate seasons we usually have plenty of game in the freezer.
