2.50 each - This very minty jelly, with ingredients produced under organic standards, has a splendid sweet-sour flavour and, as well as the obvious uses with lamb, is excellent for glazing carrots, peas or new potatoes. We also mix it with yoghurt as an accompaniment to curries!

2.50 each - This classic Tracklement for lamb is also very good with poultry or pork. Vegetarians will find it useful when glazing vegetables. The fact that we use fresh rosemary helps to keep the taste clean and the texture soft.

2.50 each - Made in small batches, using natural ingredients, this is an excellent Tracklement for game, mutton, lamb or poultry. Good in gravies, with hot roast ham and to temper the juices of jugged hare. It is also of course handy on bread and butter!

2.50 each - This classic Thai combination of red and green chillies, lemongrass, garlic and coriander gives a quick karate chop to stir-fried meat, fish or vegetables. It makes a brilliant dressing for warm salads or is good with cold white meats or cheese.
