"A friend of mine who works in your direction called in to your Farm on Friday evening to collect some pork mince and some steaks for a bbq we had over the weekend.
Just thought I`d drop you an email to say, outstanding. Thanks very much. Really tender and extremely tasty mature steaks. The pork mince was used to make burgers - so minced with herbs, onion, garlic etc. kind of lost the individual taste of the pork. Regardless of that, wonderful. we were all very impressed.

The turkey we had for Christmas day was delicious but I have to say the lamb shoulder we ate on New Year's day was the best lamb I had ever tasted.
