100% Sheep’s Wool Insulation

Northfield Farm use all natural Woolcool insulated recyclable cardboard boxes to deliver your order in perfect condition. It consists of a strong, robust outer cardboard box, containing two of our insulating Fleece Liners.

The high-performance insulation – provided by the 100% natural wool fibres inside the fleece liners – and the robust design of the outer box provide up to 48 hours of performance.

Delivery Charges

Nationwide & Local

We can deliver Nationwide using a 24 hour delivery service so your order arrives chilled and fresh.
We deliver everywhere in England and some parts of Scotland.
Our Nationwide delivery date is on Thursdays.
Free local delivery on Wednesdays & Fridays.

Our Nationwide delivery service costs a flat rate of £9.95.

If you live within 15 miles of our farm we offer a free local delivery service, just enter your postcode at the checkout and you will be able to select this option (£45 min spend applies)

Spirit of collaboration

We love recycling here at Northfield farm and we offer £5.00 credit to all customers who send back their woolcool in our provided self addressed envelope.  You pay the £3.30 postage charge and we reward you with £5.00 credit and the world thanks you for being green.

Packaging & Shelf Life

We vacuum pack most of our products to help keep it fresh & so it travels without deteriorating.

We send our products out freshly cut and packed so most products will have a 4 day best before upon receipt of the package.

If you need a product to keep until a particular date, please ask at the time of ordering.

Delivery

Nationwide & Local

All deliveries will be left safe if you are out; this is fresh food so there will be no re-delivery.

You will receive a text/email notification regarding your delivery from our courier. If you have delivery or leave safe instructions please advise us when placing your order.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you can receive the parcel on your delivery date or that it can be left safe. If buying a gift, it is your responsibility to notify the recipient of the parcel’s arrival.

We cannot accept responsibility for addresses or dates provided incorrectly. A telephone number, preferably mobile, must be provided with the order and if you have provided an email address then you should also receive a tracking email from our courier company which you can use to check you delivery’s progress.
