Lamb’s kidneys are old school but a truly delicious and delicately flavoured fried in butter as part of a proper full English Breakfast. You could try devilling halved or sliced lamb’s kidneys and serving on some thickly buttered sourdough toast. They are also delicious cooked with chestnut mushrooms in a creamy, mustardy, sherry sauce served with rice or noodles.
