Our award-winning handmade sausages are handcrafted here on the farm using prime cuts of British meat. Produced using traditional recipes, our artisan sausages showcase exceptional flavour from premium pork, beef and lamb, carefully sourced either from our own farm or from farms we know and trust. 

Each sausage is made in small batches, by hand and has a high meat content. This delivers a consistent quality that sets them apart from mass-produced alternatives.
