Northfield Farm’s award-winning Salt Beef is a true British classic, handcrafted with care using our grass-fed, dry-aged beef silverside. We hand dry-cure each joint over three weeks using traditional techniques and a blend of natural salts and spices – creating deep, savoury flavour and a tender texture that simply melts in the mouth.
