    As the birds grow we supplement their supply of fresh grass with a mixture of home produced Wheat and vegetable based protein. This diet contains no growth promoters or artificial additives and goes to ensure the geese are fully fleshed when they reach maturity.

    All Geese come with giblets and an extra lot of fat from the insides for your roasties!

    Preparation

    Once the birds are fully mature they are prepared on farm in the traditional manner in our purpose built processing facilities. This involves dry plucking and hanging for a minimum of 10 days in chilled conditions to develop a fuller flavour. The processes used are labour intensive, but they do go to ensure that the birds produced are of the very best quality for the final customer

      Second time ever having goose, 100x better than the one we had previously (frozen supermarket) bare in mind, if you have never had a goose before, they are super fatty! (Great for roast potatoes)
