PLEASE NOTE: Because of the seriousness of avian flu around the whole country our Turkey supplier has told us the weight bands wont be tight so we are selling the Turkeys in Kilo bands, for example if you order a 4-5kg turkey it will be within that range of 4kilos to 5kilos.
If the worse happens and Avian flu infects the birds we will have to cancel and refund any orders taken, thank you for your understanding.
For those who either do not need a whole turkey, or who are not fond of dark meat, we are able to offer Free-range Norfolk Bronze Breast Rolls.
These consist of the beautiful, well-hung breast meat from these magnificent birds, rolled as they are. If you wish to have this wrapped in bacon or stuffed, just add these items to your basket and leave a note in the comments on the checkout page for our butchers to prepare this for you.
The starting size is approximately 1.5kg, up to about 2.5kg in weight.
Although we always try to help everyone, right until the very last moment before the doors close on Christmas Eve, we strongly recommend that you pre-order your Christmas turkey.
Either telephone us to reserve the size you want for collection from our shops or market stalls in Oakham and Uppingham, or order online for mail order deliveries, local deliveries or click and collect from Rutland and Borough Market.
