Superb gammon. Not overly salted and delicately smoked. Easy to cook with a great card showing what to do. The only suggestion would be not to throw the boiling liquor away but to use it making soups such as pea & ham or lentil & ham. I will be back for so much more. Thank you

Again, Northfield Farm delivered a superb piece of meat. Well packaged, timely delivery and with great instructions on how to prepare and cook should you need them. Lightly salted and not overly smoked. I gently boiled with spices and cider/water then roasted the gammon with cloves, mustard and brown sugar plus some more cider. The joint provided heaps of delicious meat throughout Christmas.
