Mix equal quantities of free-range pork mince with minced grass-fed beef for the true Bolognese sauce to go with Spaghetti or other fine pasta. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and dill, add some breadcrumbs and an Egg and roll into Swedish meatballs for poaching in a creamy dill sauce.
