Our delicious Chipolatas use our Lincolnshire Sausage mix packed into the slimmer natural lamb casings.
As with the original Lincolnshire sausage, you are getting really good pork, with a little bit of Rusk to hold the juices and flavours inside the skin while the sausage cooks, seasoned with pepper, sage, salt and a few extra secret ingredients to make our Chipolatas specific to Northfield Farm!
It is astonishing the alchemy you can achieve with delicious free range pork, a few added ingredients and a bit of love. We sell our sausages in multiples of 1 – from 1 – 10,001, although we would ask for a bit of forward warning if you want a huge quantity for a party, barbeque, special event or fundraiser!
We use this fabulous sausagemeat in our Original Lincolnshire Sausages, as well as these Chipolata sausages, in our cocktail sausages, in our pigs in blankets and in our loose sausagemeat. Do buy from your favourite local butcher in Rutland or at Borough Market, or order online for mail order or local delivery.
