Our Lamb Merguez are spicy and gluten free, made with recipe originating from North Africa every week.
They are explosions of flavour, with complex spices and herbs and a touch of chilli for heat. They are delicious with chopped into cous cous with roasted Mediterranean vegetables.
They are also delicious stuffed into pitta bread with crunchy lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onions and minty Yoghurt or Mayonnaise. We have customers who adore our Lamb Merguez sausages for breakfast with sourdough bread, poached Eggs and avocado.

Ok seriously these need to enter a competition. I make the same recipe with merguez sausages every time, but this time, I used these ones instead of my normal supplier and oh my God they elevated the dish something unbelievable. The flavour is unreal. Just the right amount of chilli as well, yes they are spicy but it’s not blow your head off spicy. Just perfect. Not going to get my sausages from anywhere else now. Getting hungry just remembering it!
