We don’t boast nearly enough at Northfield Farm, but we truly believe that our hand made Pigs in Blankets are probably the best in the world! The cocktail sausages contain no dumbing down of flavours: we use our award-winning Lincolnshire Sausage meat packed into the slimmer natural skins, then twisted into little 5cm morsels of delight. As if that wasn’t enough joy on the plate on Christmas Day (or any of the other 364 days of the year to be honest), we then wrap these little darlings in our glorious hand-made, dry-cured streaky bacon.
We believe that these are absolute magic! All you need to add is a little bit of cooking time and a little bit of love. Make sure you order plenty from your favourite online and local butcher, Northfield Farm.
