Our sausage meat is made from our wonderful outdoor bred pork. It has a high meat content of at least 85%. We add a few herbs and spices, salt and pepper, and a bit of Rusk (contains Wheat) … and that is it. It turns into the most fabulous sausage rolls, incredible stuffings and fantastic meatballs.
