Our Breakfast Sausages are proof that sometimes the simplest things are indeed amongst the best. We start with our really good free-range, outdoor bred pork, with a little bit of rusk to hold the juices and flavours, seasoned with white pepper, herbs, spices and salt.
There are no extra secret ingredients in our Breakfast Sausages. Just a bit of tastebud magic. I wish I could say more about them. They really are excellent though. Perfect at breakfast time. Brilliant in toad in the hole. Fabulous in a sandwich. Great with mashed potatoes and gravy….
