The Pork Loin Chops you will buy from us come from free range pigs, and you will notice there should always be a good layer of fat between the eye of the meat and the rind – usually 1-3cm. The fat is what gives the meat its outstanding flavour.
ALWAYS cook with the fat on, even if it is very thick. Cut it off and render it further into lard if you do not wish to eat it straight away. The Pork Loin Chops are the classic pan fry, grill or roast from the pig. Cut thick or thin for a wonderful midweek treat.
